We provide consulting civil engineering services to local government; primarily cities. Most of our work falls into three categories:

• Water, sewer, and drainage system master planning.
  
  
• Design and construction engineering for municipal infrastructure projects. These include water supply, distribution, storage, and treatment facilities; wastewater collection and treatment facilities; and street/drainage system improvements.
  
  
• Engineering services to help cities manage growth, including the preparation of engineering standards, and the review and inspection of private development projects.

Because so many of our projects involve reconstruction in developed neighborhoods and business districts, we frequently work very closely with the public. In many cases, a project manager's public involvement skills are as important as their technical skills.
