We work almost exclusively for local government. Although we enjoy working with federal and state agencies, we generally do not work for them due to the fact that their engineering tends to rely upon inflexible procedures and rigid design manuals. We have found that experience with such engineering limits our ability to provide tailored solutions, particularly on reconstruction projects in developed neighborhoods and business districts.

We do not work for private developers for many of the same reasons we avoid working for big government, but also due to the fact that it presents a conflict of interest as a result of our work assisting cities with development review and inspection.
